Kanwal Ali Pirali MSN, APRN
AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Meet Kanwal, our dedicated nurse practitioner specializing in healthcare and aesthetics. A local of Sugar Land, Kanwal is a proud alumna of Clements High School and has a strong love for the vibrant Sugar Land community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2015 and has since became a board-certified nurse practitioner.
With nearly a decade of combined experience in the intensive care (ICU) and medspa setting, Kanwal brings a wealth of knowledge to our medical spa. She is committed to continuous learning; Kanwal frequently attends aesthetic conferences and trainings all across the US. Passionate about natural aesthetics, Kanwal focuses on enhancing each client's unique beauty with personalized treatments that boost both appearance and confidence giving natural looking results.
Kitzia Cortez, RN BSN
NURSE INJECTOR
Meet Kitzia, one of the nurse injectors at Vira Medspa. She is passionate about helping people feel confident, comfortable, and at home in their own skin because when you feel good, it shows. She graduated from Texas A&M University (Gig ’Em!) in 2019 with degrees in Neuroscience and Spanish and brings a strong research background. After which Kitzia went on to earn her nursing degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and is certified in dermatologic fillers and neuromodulators; focusing on natural, refreshed results rooted in safety and clinical expertise. Whether you’re new to Botox or seeking a trusted injector, she is dedicated to helping you look and feel your best. Outside of aesthetics, Kitzia teaches Cycling and Lagree, loves cuddling her cute cat (Ojito), and diving into pop culture.

LICENSED MEDICAL ESTHETICIAN
Meet Sophie Morrow, our medical esthetician at Vira Medspa. She holds an esthetician license from the Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute and has attended numerous aesthetics courses to further her education. Her loves for aesthetics stems from her personal struggled with acne for many years, thus she specializes in acne treatments and management. In her free time, Sophie enjoys snuggling with her son, Finley the cat, and is a avid runner and pilates girly.

GUEST EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
Meet Erica our Guest Experience Specialist at Vira Medspa. She is currently a pre-nursing student with a genuine passion for healthcare and caring for others. Erica loves being the first point of contact for our guests and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for all our guest. Outside of the medspa, she enjoys running and Pilates, reflecting her commitment to wellness, balance, and healthy living.
